General Terms

Above pricing includes:

Comprehensive insurance (£350.00 liability in the event of any damage*). Hirers are liable for all overhead damage. In addition to the above £350.00 liability.

Identification:

All drivers (including additional drivers) must produce a current full driving licence (photo card and paper counterpart if new style) and proof of current address (bank statement, recent utility bill).

Collection & Drop-off Times:

08:00am collection to 08:00am the following morning.

Cancellation:

Full payment will be required unless 48 hours notice is given.

Business Hours:

08:00am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8am to 10 am for pick ups only, Sundays and Bank holidays closed.

Long Term or Regular Hires:

The above rates may be discounted for long term or contract hires at the discretion of Dorking Car & Van Hire.
